I am not creative at all..... I was never any good at artsy stuff and I am super jealous of those who are. My forte is anything to do with sports. I played Field Hockey and Softball in college so I was your typical non artsy jock I guess you could say.
So when I received a notice from school that yesterday was going to be Storybook character day I can honestly say I panicked a bit. I am happy to report that I pulled myself together and with my 5 year olds help we came up with the character of Cat in the Hat in honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday. The costume was a huge hit and I personally feel like I hit one out of the park! Check it out!!!!

Love it. I can't believe you are not creative at all not based on that costume.
Too stinkin' cute! You get major Mommy points for coming up with that and putting it together on such short notice.
(And after your comment about #3 I read back through your archives . . . do it, do it, do it! Hubby and I went back and forth for awhile, but ultimately decided that while we might regret NOT having another child, we would never regret actually having another child. I am constantly amazed at the stigma that seems to be attached to having a bigger family - particularly by people (ie., my mother) who has three siblings. Money may be tight, but there will always be more than enough love!)
I am new to Toot. Just joined today & commented on your Bon Jovi post. I have a best friend who lives in Alexandria. We have vistited her more than once. I love it there. Loved going to Mt Vernon.
what a cute hat! nice picture of all of you.
What a cute outfit! Very creative.
You did a great job!! I bet that outfit was a big hit - good job!
Hope you've had a good day Steph - see you later. Kellan

Hey nice work!! I think you are creative you just don't know it :)
ps. You and hubby sure made a pretty little girl there!
So creative! So cute!
And the colors on your wall? So pretty. And your floors? I am drooling. And your trim work? So perfect.
Oh, wait. this is supposed to be about your creativity.
You are way creative! Way to go!!!
I am very impressed. Noah wanted to be a robot for Halloween last year but in the long run, the costume we were making started looking awful and we ended up giving it up.
The costume looks great.
Oh, you did hit that one out of the park! I LOVE it!!!
Thanks for adding my blog to your blog roll. That made my day.
I'm impressed! I can't sew . . . I know my kid is going to be wearing tons of store-bought costumes.
Good Job, Mom!! She looks great!
Excellent job!! Adorable! Home Run!
You did a great job! Wow!
That is really cool - you are more creative than you think!
